Privacy Policy
StereoPrana (Sound Healing) — last updated July 13, 2026
This policy explains what data StereoPrana ("the app") collects and how it is used. We collect the minimum needed to run the app and process payments — we do not sell your data.
Information we collect
- Account information. If you sign in, we store your email address and a unique account ID (via Firebase Authentication) to identify your account and subscription status.
- Subscription / purchase data. When you purchase a premium plan, our payment processor (Tribute) shares payment confirmation details (amount, plan, status) with us so we can grant access. We do not receive or store your card details.
- Push notifications. If notifications are enabled, your device subscribes to a broadcast topic via Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can send announcements. We do not store your device's push token ourselves — Google/Firebase manages topic delivery.
- App content and usage. The track library, categories and your listening/download cache are stored on your device and in our Firebase database to keep the catalog in sync.
Information we do not collect
The app does not access your microphone, camera, contacts, or location. Any microphone permission declared by the app's underlying audio framework is unused by StereoPrana and is never activated.
Third-party services
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging) — used to run the app's backend. See Firebase's privacy policy.
- Tribute — used to process subscription payments. See Tribute's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Data retention and deletion
We retain account and subscription data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and profile data at any time from within the app (Profile → account menu → Delete account), or by emailing us at the address below.
Children's privacy
StereoPrana is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
